Char.enhancements changes

1. New char.will have their char. and crystal level 70 after clearing Arc 1 Chap.1(tutorial). Including char.from getting their weapons from gacha. 

Rank up reward screen will now shows all the total rewards if the player leveled the rank more than 2 levels

2. Applies to Summon(except Mog) as well. After clearing Arc 1 Chap.1(tutorial) all summons will be level 20.

3. Points acquired from WOI Ultimate(including Wild Points) will be multiplied by 2.

Depending on which Mog Pass and support item, the points acquired will be enough to master the board just from clearing the quest once

4. Bloom Stones/Bloom Fragments

Currently, Bloom Stones/Bloom Fragments can be obtained from active mission, etc. Those can be obtained from exchange shop by exchanging event medals onwards. No limit. Those will be deleted from mission rewards

12 High Power Pieces will be given as present
