・200% BRV stolen overflow, dealt HP damage limit(up to 299,997)

・After using, grants party 2 free ability uses(excludes some abilities)

After using, trigger Force Time:

・Initial HP damage bonus: 120%

・Reduces 80% FR Gauge when it ends
