The coach (the player) was a former baseball ace in the senior boys' league, until an accident put an end to his baseball career. He meets Tsubasa Arihara after enrolling into high school, where her passion for baseball relit the fire he once lost. Now as the coach of Tsubasa and the girls' baseball club, they aim once more towards the dream, to Koshien!
It also had anime adaptation with the same title.
