The game was scheduled to be released in October 2022 but might be delayed due to the amount of content.
They haven't decided to postpone the game yet, but they wanted to let the backers know as soon as possible that it is becoming a strong possibility. The game will most likely still take more than a year to complete.
With the latest update, Murayama(director) said that the scenario of the game is now over a mountain and the plot is now connected from beginning to end. However, it seems that the actual writing of the dialogues is still a work in progress.
